We cruise out of San Juan and stayed at the Hyatt. It's a beautiful hotel.
October 28th Day 1
Today we embarked on Freedom of the seas. We had breakfast at the Hyatt House and then went over to board around 11am.
Main dining was delicious except that the calamari was not hot. Just that it seemed like it was sitting out.

Today was another great day in St. Kitts. We have a variety of food pictures for you. Along with the menu pictures. In the main dining room the best food tonight was the Beef Tenderloin, carrot cake, and coffee ice cream. We also visited Jade in the Windjammer which is the buffet on deck 11. The Jade part of the buffet is Asian food and sushi. Both dining rooms have good food, however the main dinig room is usually a little higher quality.

On to room service...which is not free... 7.99 plus 18% gratuity added... nearly 10.00. So make sure you have friends and are all hungry. After the silent dance partyit was midnight snack time.

Continue on with day three with this link. Day 3 is are first full day at sea. We have lunch in the main dining room and dinner in the main dining room again. Of course we will need some ice cream, sorrentos pizza, and cafe promenade snacks in between.
